2. The contact person will send you the link to the opening ceremony via email one week before the ceremony. You may also watch the Live Broadcasting from ICBC Business Matchmaker website.

3. The online matchmaking meeting rooms will be open from March 29 to April 7. You can reply the numbers of the companies you are interested tothe contact person, and wait for the links of online meeting rooms and meeting agenda, which will also be sent one week before the opening ceremony.

Also, you can try to make meeting reservations by yourself through ICBC Business Matchmaker, the reservation channel will be open from March 8 to March 26. On this website, you can send invitations to the enterprises you are interested in and receive invitations from other enterprises. You can also have access to the online meeting rooms from the website.

4. The whole process is free. Online meeting rooms will be kept open from March 29 to April 7, in which you may keep inviting enterprises you are interested in for matchmaking meetings. We can also provide a free meeting translation service.
